Kiddy Peanut Butter Banana Burritos

* 4 (6 in)tortillas
* 4 tbsp creamy peanut butter
* 2 bananas, sliced thin
* 4 tbsp vanilla yogurt

1. Spread each tortilla 1 inch from the edge with the peanut butter.
2. One quarter of the banana slices are layered over each tortilla.
3. One tbsp of yogurt is spread over the top of the bananas on each tortilla.
4. Tuck the sides of each tortilla and fold like a burrito.

Using tortillas instead of bread can entice even the pickiest eaters to dig in to their sandwich. I started using tortillas some time ago when we went on a road trip. They stayed together and looked better longer than sandwiches made traditionally with two pieces of bread. The burrito-style sandwiches also were quite easy to eat in the car.

You can get many different varieties of tortillas now, including sundried-tomato and whole wheat. Do some exploring and see what you can come up with, too!
