Kielbasa Bean Pot - Crock Pot |

Ingredients
|
* 2 c beef broth
* 1 1/2 lbs cooked kielbasa sausage
* 15 oz can lima beans, drained and rinsed
* 1/8 t black pepper

Directions

1. Slice Kielbasa into 3/4 inch pieces.
2. Add ingredients to crock-pot and mix.
3. Cook, covered, for 8 hours on low.

This is a great alternative to our regular Kielbasa dishes made with sauerkraut. I like the color and flavor combinations of the sausage and lima beans. If your kids swear they don't like lima beans, try this dish. You can't beat the flavor of Kielbasa and the lima beans soak up all that yummy goodness!
