1. In a mixing bowl combine the soup, water and onion mix.
2. Be sure to mix together well so all the onion soup is dissolved.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Place the roast in a large roaster or baking pan.
5. Pour the soup mixture over the top of the roast.
6. Cover the roaster tightly with heavy duty aluminum foil.
7. Bake 2 hours or until the roast is cooked through and fork tender.
