Lemon Garlic Basted Chicken Breasts |
Ingredients

* 6 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
* 1 tsp garlic salt
* 2 lemons, juiced
* 1/4 C melted fat-free margarine

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lay chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan.
3. In a small mixing bowl combine lemon juice and garlic salt.
4. Whisk together well to make sure garlic salt is mixed through the juice.
5. Rub garlic mixture on both sides of each piece of chicken.
6. Pour melted margarine over the top of the chicken.
7. Bake approximately 60 minutes or until chicken is not longer pink and juice runs clear.
8. Be sure to baste the chicken often so chicken doesn't become too dry.
