Lemon Paprika Chicken - Crock Pot


* 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
* 1 fresh lemon
* 1 tsp lemon pepper
* 1 tsp paprika


1. Place the chicken breasts in crock pot.
2. Squeeze the juice from 1/2 of the lemon over the chicken.
3. Sprinkle with the paprika and lemon pepper.
4. Slice the remaining lemon half and layer over the chicken.
5. Cook covered 4 hours on high.


For those times, and I have them often, when I want to watch my diet, I pull this recipe out to make. My diet is saved and my family never complains about having to eat my "diet food" because it's very tasty.

Serve with a nice big baked potato with sour cream for the non-dieters and on a big pile of baby spinach for the dieters. Just squeeze a little more lemon on top of the spinach, and liberally cover with freshly ground pepper. Very yummy, either way!
