Lemony Blackberry Pineapple Smoothie


* 1 (6 oz) container lemon yogurt
* 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
* 1 (16 oz) can blackberries in light syrup, drained
* 1 C ice cubes
* hint: reserve the liquid from pineapple and blackberries for other uses, like marinades or sauces.


1. Spoon the entire yogurt into the blender.
2. Drain the pineapple and blackberries.
3. Add pineapple and blackberries to the yogurt in blender.
4. Dump the ice cubes into the blender.
5. Cover and blend until very smooth.
6. Pour into glasses and serve right away.


This Smoothie definitely has a "pucker up" appeal. Even though the pineapple is very sweet, the lemon yogurt cuts the sweet and brings in a tangy kick! Enjoy!
