* 1 loaf cocktail rye bread
* 3/4 cup thousand island dressing
* 1/2 lb thinly sliced corned beef
* 1 can (8 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
* 8 oz thinly sliced swiss cheese
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Spread each slice of the bread with the dressing. Top with corned beef, a bit of sauerkraut and then a piece of cheese.
3. Place on baking sheet and broil 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
