Dessert doesn't get much easier than this! The frosting turns out nice and smooth and it doesn't taste like it just took 3 ingredients. Be sure not to over-mix the whipped topping so it doesn't get flat.
I like to put the cake with the frosting in the refrigerator for a bit just to give the whipped topping time to firm up again. But, you don't really have to wait if you don't want to, or you have kids who are getting impatient. Enjoy!
