Mamas Chicken & Dumplings


* tube of Butter Milk Biscuits
* fresh sliced carrots
* boneless chicken
* ground pepper
* butter


1. Cook boneless chicken until falls apart
2. Press biscuits down (on cutting board) with your fingers and then cut them into strips.
3. Put (strips) in hot broth from chicken drippins. Boil already sliced carrots in broth while bicuits are cooking and become firm in the same pot.
4. Sprinkle ground pepper so it's on the strips gives a great flavor.
5. Add couple tablespoons of butter to give it a taste of sweetness.


I wanted to find a way to whip up a quick dish for my family beings their spoiled by my homemade recipes. After sharing it with family and friends this dish was and still is a huge hit. It's quick, simple to make and very inexpensive whether you have a small or large group of people.
