Marvelous Multigrain Muffins

Ingredients

* 1/2 C rye flour
* 1/2 C whole wheat flour
* 1 C of all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1 C of 2% milk
* 1 large egg
* 6 TBSP Canola oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Fill muffin tin with liners.
3. Put the 3 different flours, baking powder and soda into a large mixing bowl.
4. Add milk, eggs and oil.
5. Stir until all ingredients are blended together completely.
6. Mixture should be smooth.
7. Fill liners 2/3 full.
8. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
9. Can be served warm or at room temperature
