1.Place 4-6 skinless bone-less chicken breast into crock pot
2.Cover with families favorite salsa 1 or 2 jars (making sure chicken is completely covered).
3.Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low.
4. Shed chicken with fork and serve as a soft taco with warm tortilla's, fresh cut veggies and sour cream or serve over rice.
If it's to spicy for your little one try mixing some sour cream in with chicken mixture.
