1. First step Brown ground sirloin. If using lean sirloin add some olive oil to the pan. Break up sirloin as it cooks.
2. Second step Drain fat from pan if desired and put sirloin back in pan. Add 1 jar of salsa.
3. Third step Slice velveeta cheese into 1/2" slices using 3/4 to the full block of cheese.
Serve with Mexican chips.
This can be put in the crock pot to be kept warm.
