Mock Pumpkin Pie #2 |
Ingredients
|
* 2 small cans pumpkin or 1 large can
* 1 can evaporated milk
* 2 tsp. cinnamon
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 3/4 cup brown sugar
* 4 eggs, beaten
* Topping,
1 cake mix and 1 stick of butter

Directions
|
1. mix filling ingredients together
2. pour into greased 9x13 in. pan
3. Cut butter into cake mix and sprinkle over top of mixture.
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until firm and topping browned

My mother in law gave me this recipe and I absolutely love it, it is for the pumpkin pie lover who is not crazy about the crust.
