Mom's Favorite Holiday Ham |
Ingredients

* 1 (5 pound) fully cooked, bone-in ham
* 1/2 C apricot preserves
* 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
* 1/2 C packed light brown sugar
* 1 C of water
* 1 C of orange juice

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl mix together apricot preserves and mustard.
2. Score the ham.
3. Pour apricot mixture over ham being sure to cover the whole ham.
4. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of the preserves.
5. In a large bowl mix together the orange juice and water.
6. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
7. Pour the orange juice into the bottom of a large roasting pan about 1/4 of the way up the sides.
8. Place roasting rack in roaster.
9. Place ham on roasting rack.
10. Bake approximately 2 hours adding orange juice to pan as needed.
