No Gluten White Bread - Bread Machine |
Ingredients

* 1 egg
* 1 1/3 C of water
* 1/4 C butter, melted
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 1 tbsp honey
* 1 C of tapioca flour
* 2 C of rice flour
* 1/2 C potato flour
* 1/2 C corn flour
* 1 tbsp xanthium gum
* 1 1/2 tsp powdered gelatin
* 1 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 4 tbsp powdered milk
* 1 tbsp dried yeast

Directions

1. Whisk the egg and water together then place in the machine.
2. Add in the butter, lemon juice and honey.
3. Add the remaining ingredients except the yeast in listed order to the machine.
4. Make a well into the flour without reaching the liquid and add the yeast.
5. Bake on basic for a 2 lb. loaf and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
