1. Put first 5 ingredients in bowl and mix together well.
2. Fill each celery piece with some of the mixture, putting the filled pieces on a tray.
3. Cover the tray with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
We've always made stuffed celery of some kind for party appetizers. This recipe takes that up a notch and really improves on this classic. The crunch and flavor of the walnuts (not to mention the kick of the Tabasco) really makes this appetizer a real hit.
