1. Put the syrup in a pan over low heat.
2. Place the butter into the pan and stir until the butter starts to melt.
3. Sprinkle the chili powder, salt and cinnamon and mix to combine.
4. Preset the oven to 300 degrees.
5. In large baking pan, mix together the popcorn, mixed nuts, wheat nuts and berries.
6. Pour the syrup mixture over the top and blend until well coated.
7. Bake 25 minutes or until it becomes a golden brown.
8. Cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container.
