Old Fashioned Corn Pudding

Ingredients

* 1 can cream style corn, undrained
* 3 eggs, beaten
* 1 cup milk
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 2 tablespoons sugar (more or less to taste)
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Put corn, eggs, and milk in a large bowl and mix together until blended well.
3. In separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
4. Put dry ingredients into wet ingredients and blend well.
5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
6. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until edges start to brown and pull away from dish.
7. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Story

I like this dish a little less sweet but kids tend to like it a bit sweeter. I guess it depends on what you're serving it with. As a vegetable side dish, a little less sugar would be in order. But, as a treat or snack, a sweeter flavor is just fine. Whatever you prefer, this is a great dish that pleases all ages.
