Old Fashioned Meat Loaf

Ingredients

* 2 eggs, beaten
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
* 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
* 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
* 1/4 cup ketchup
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Stir together eggs and milk, then add breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, pepper and ground beef. Mix very well.
2. Form into a loaf shape and put in a baking pan. Bake for 1 hour.
3. Stir together ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard. Spread onto meat loaf and bake another 10 minutes.
