* 3 eggs
* 3 tablespoons flour
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup milk
* 2 cups creamed corn
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 stick butter
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Beat eggs, flour and sugar. Stir in milk, corn and salt.
3. Place butter in a baking dish and put in oven until butter is melted. Add corn mixture to baking dish.
4. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Story
This is a vegetable dish even my pickiest eater enjoys! It's sort of a cross between a vegetable and a dessert. That explains it, I guess. Try this one on your family and see if they think it's just a plain old vegetable casserole. I'll bet not!
