1. Preheat oven to 425. Put butter in a roasting pan then put in oven until butter melts. Take pan out of oven.
2. Mix bread crumbs, flour, salt, rosemary and pepper on a sheet of waxed paper. Put buttermilk in a shallow bowl. Dunk a wing at a time in the buttermilk then coat with the dry mix. Put the coated wings in the melted butter, turn over so both sides are covered with butter.
3. Bake for 35 minutes.
