Papaya Salsa


* 3/4 cup papaya (peeled, seeded, and diced small)
* 1/4 cup red onion (diced small)
* 1/4 cup green bell pepper (diced small)
* 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
* 2 tablespoons lime juice


1. Toss all ingredients in a big glass bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.

Now that wasn't difficult at all, was it. Serve this salsa alongside grilled fish or on top of fish or seafood tacos. Yummy!
