Parmesan Garlic Chicken Bake


* 3 teaspoons crushed garlic
* 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
* 1/4 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Mix the garlic and olive oil together in a shallow bowl.
3. In another shallow bowl, mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
4. Drop the chicken in garlic-olive oil mix then coat with bread crumbs-Parmesan mix.
5. Place in baking dish and bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.


If you love garlic, and who doesn't, you'll love this simple and flavorful chicken dish. Add a little more Parmesan cheese if you like to make it more kid-friendly. It's an easy dish to make and goes well with steamed broccoli or other "bright" vegetable.
