Pea Salad Spooners

Ingredients

* 2 Cans Baby, Sweet or Early Peas (drained)
* 1/2 Cup Onions (finely chopped)
* 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (cut into 1/4 inch cubes or shredded)
* 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
* Pepper (to taste)
* Plastic Spoons

Directions

1. Gently mix all ingredients until thoroughly coated.
2. Mash a bit of the peas into mixture to give more of a green look.
3. Refrigerate for a minimum of three hours.
4. Some of the cheese may start to melt into the mayo, but that’s ok.
5. Place a scoop of pea salad onto a plastic spoon.
6. Arrange spoons filled with pea salad mixture on a tray.
