1. In a small bowl place the preserves, the red and green chopped jalapeno peppers, and stir to combine well.
2. Place blocks of cream cheese on serving platters or plates.
3. Spread the preserve mixture over each block of cream cheese.
4. Place cocktail bread in baskets next to cream cheese and place cheese spreaders alongside the cream cheese for guests to help themselves.
