Peach Cream Frappe


* 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced thin
* 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
* 4 oz. of cream cheese, cubed
* 1 tsp sugar (or honey)


1. Place half the peaches into a blender or food processor.
2. Add the cottage cheese and process until well blended.
3. Add in the cream cheese and sugar (or honey) and blend until smooth.
4. Spoon the mixture into serving cups and garnish with the remaining peach slices. Makes about 4 servings.


Because this dish is loaded with protein, vitamins, and minerals, thanks to the healthy ingredients, you have a versatile treat that can be served as a light dessert, snack, or even breakfast. Sprinkle a little granola on top for a bit of crunch.

You can also make this with any juicy fruit you like, such as apricots or pears, creating a new and different treat each time you serve it.
