Peanut Butter Fruit Dip


* 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
* 1/2 cup dark corn syrup (Karo syrup)
* 1/2 cup milk

* serve with fresh fruit, like tart apples wedges, or pineapple slices


1. Combine peanut butter with corn syrup, stirring until blended.
2. Mix in milk until blended very well.
3. Serve as a dip with fruit.


Because of the dark corn syrup, this snack doesn't qualify in my house as a "healthy snack", but... it is so yummy, I can't deny that it ranks higher than most snacks! You can use smooth peanut butter, but we like the crunch with the apple wedges. Throw a few raisins on top for another treat!
