Peanutty Chocolate Malted Marshmallow Smoothie


* 1 C vanilla ice cream
* 1/2 C cold milk
* 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
* 2 tbsp marshmallow fluff
* 1 tbsp malted milk powder
* 3/4 C crunchy peanut butter


1. Scoop the ice cream into the blender.
2. Pour the milk over the ice cream.
3. Cover the blender and pulse a couple of time to blend slightly.
4. Add the chocolate syrup to the mixture.
5. Carefully add the marshmallow topping.
6. Sprinkle in the malted milk powder.
7. Use a rubber spatula to add the peanut butter scraping it off the spatula well.
8. Cover and blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.


Time to get off the healthy wagon and climb aboard the oh-so-yummy wagon! Not that healthy smoothies are bad, but this smoothie is just so good! If you haven't had a jar of malted milk in your cupboard for a long time, this is a good excuse to buy some. Just for the sake of argument, I guess the peanut butter could be a nod to nutrition. So, enjoy!
