Perfect Peppermint Smoothie


* 4 ice cream scoops peppermint chocolate chip ice cream
* 1 1/2 C of milk
* 2 drops peppermint extract


1. Scoop the ice cream into the blender.
2. Pour the milk slowly over the ice cream.
3. Add the drops of peppermint extract.
4. Cover the blender tightly with the lid.
5. Blend the ingredients until well combined.


Getting away from our healthy smoothies once in a while isn't necessarily a crime. Guilty pleasure is so worth it sometimes, especially when there's chocolate and peppermint ice cream involved! Take time away from your diet to enjoy this smoothie on a hot summer night... or anytime at all!
