* 2 (10 oz.) cans sliced asparagus
* 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
* 2 hard cooked eggs, thinly sliced
* 1 C cheddar cheese, grated
* 1/2 C coarsely crushed crackers
* 1 tsp. butter
Directions
1. Lightly butter your crock pot.
2. Drain the asparagus and place it in the bottom of the crock pot.
3. Add the sliced eggs.
4. Mix the soup and cheese together in a small bowl.
5. Pour over ingredients in the crock pot.
6. Sprinkle with the cracker crumbs.
7. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
