Pineapple Coconut Fruit Dip

Ingredients

* 8 oz can crushed pineapple, not drained
* 3 oz box instant coconut pudding mix
* 3/4 cup whole milk
* 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.
2. Scoop into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate for several hours.
3. Serve with your favorite fruit for dipping.

Story

At first glance, this may look a little too sweet. However, the secret ingredient is the sour cream. The tanginess tempers the super-sweetness of the pineapple and coconut pudding. Don't let this fruit dip scare you off! It's got a grown-up taste I think you'll like.

Be creative when you choose your fruit for dipping. You can even choose blueberries if you like - just serve dip as a topping instead. Bananas are another surprisingly good fruit choice.
