Pomegranate Seed Cantaloupe Salsa

Ingredients

* 1 lime, zested and juiced
* 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
* 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
* 1 small jalapeno, seeds removed and finely chopped
* 1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
* 1 cup diced cantaloupe
* 1 cup pomegranate seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. In a glass bowl, add all the ingredients and lightly toss. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
2. Lightly toss again before serving.
3. Serve as a dip with whole-wheat tortilla chips.
