Pork Wontons and Ranch Dip |
Ingredients

* 1 lb ground pork
* 1/2 C green onions, minced
* 1 TBSP cornstarch
* 1 (1 oz) pkg. dry Ranch salad dressing mix
* 2 TBSP soy sauce
* 6 dozen wonton wraps
* 2 egg whites
* Canola oil
* 2 C prepared Ranch salad dressing

Directions

1. In a large bowl break up the pork.
2. Add the onions and mix together with your hands.
3. Add the cornstarch, dry dressing, soy sauce and mix until all are combined together.
4. Put 1 tsp of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
5. Slightly beat the egg whites with a fork and rub a little around the edges of the wonton with your fingers to hold them together.
6. Form a triangle with the wrappers making sure they are sealed completely.
7. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees.
8. To the hot oil add 2 or 3 wontons and fry until golden brown about 3 minutes.
9. Drain on paper towel.
10. Continue frying the wontons in this fashion.
11. When serving use the prepared Ranch dressing as a dip.
