Pucker Up Juice Smoothie


* 1/4 Cup orange juice
* 1/4 Cup pineapple juice
* 1/4 Cup grapefruit juice
* 1/4 Cup lime juice
* 4 tbsp low-fat plain yogurt
* 1 Cup ice


1. Pour the four juices into blender.
3. Gently add the yogurt.
4. Place the ice carefully into the blender.
5. Blend the mixture until it becomes very smooth.


Grapefruit juice adds a definite pucker to this smoothie, but don't worry... it's still plenty sweet. Pineapple juice is a sweetener in any smoothie, but if your little ones aren't convinced, sprinkle in just a touch of sugar while you're blending. Also, if you can use pink grapefruit juice you'll end up with a sweeter smoothie.
