1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan.
2. Stir together the canned pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin spice.
3. Transfer to baking dish.
4. Sprinkle with all of the dry cake mix and then drizzle the melted butter over that. Finally top with the nuts.
5. Bake for 60 minutes or when you insert a toothpick near the center and it comes out clean.
6. Serve with cool whip.
