1. Place cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
2. Beat with hand mixer on medium speed until cream cheese is smooth.
3. Add pie filling, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
4. Mix well.
5. Place one egg at a time in mixture beating after each addition.
6. Add salt.
7. Beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth.
8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
9. Pour mixture into each of the pastry shells.
10. Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
