* 1 lb ground beef (or veggie crumbles, in my case)
* Minced onion, basil, oregano, etc.
* Large can of diced tomatoes with juice
* Ketchup
* Tad of brown sugar
* 8 oz. macaroni
Directions
1. Cook ground beef with minced onion and herbs, drain off grease.
2. Add tomatoes with juice and a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar.
3. Stir in cooked and drained macaroni.
4. Add ketchup to make a sauce and stir until thoroughly mixed and heated.
Reheats and freezes well too! Can be ready in 15 minutes! Serves 4-6.
