Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Healthy Recipes
* 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup half and half
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
* 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1. Mix together the mayonnaise, half & half, sugar, celery seed and dill weed.
2. Toss in cucumbers and mix enough that the cucumbers are well coated.
