Quick Easy Pizza Dough

Ingredients

* 1 1/2 cups warm water
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 1 pkg instant yeast
* 2 eggs
* 4 tbsp oil
* 1 tsp salt
* 4 cups flour

Directions

1. Mix together water, sugar, and yeast
2. Whisk in eggs, oil, and salt
3. Add flour
4. Knead
5. Place dough in a covered dish in a warm dark spot, like an oven which was briefly warmed, but then turned off.
6. Let rise for about 1/2 an hour to an hour.
7. Stretch onto pans and add the toppings of your choice.
8. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes.

Makes either two or three pizzas depending on the size and the thickness you like.
