Raspberry Christmas Balls |
Ingredients

* 1 C semisweet chocolate chips
* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
* 15 vanilla wafers with cream, crushed
* 1/3 C seedless raspberry jam
* Finely chopped toasted almonds
* Toasted coconut

Directions

1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth about 2 minutes.
2. Cool chocolate just a little bit.
3. Put softened cream cheese in a large bowl.
4. Add chocolate.
5. Add raspberry jam.
6. Blend with an electric mixer on low until smooth.
7. Fold in vanilla wafers with wooden spoon until completely covered.
8. Cover bowl and refrigerate until chocolate is firm enough to roll into balls about 4 hours.
9. Roll chocolate into balls.
10. Roll half the candy balls in the toasted coconut.
11. Roll the other half of the balls in the toasted almonds.
12. Store in the refrigerator.
