1. Mix the egg with a bit of milk to thin it.
2. Put the rice krispies into a ziplock bag and smash them. (This is a great activity for a young child.)
3. Dip the bread into the egg & milk mixture.
4. Dip the bread into the Rice Krispies.
5. Fry it up in some butter.
Serve with maple syrup or powdered sugar.
