This video shows a classic and delicious soy-citrus-wine-mustard style marinade for chicken breasts. The ingredient that you'll find a bit different is sesame oil. Since sesame oil has a very distinctive flavor, you'll soon become a fan and won't marinade without it!
I also like the actual step-by-step process of mixing the marinade and getting it in the bag. Although the video shows the chicken being grilled outside, there's no reason you couldn't grill these on the stove top, or even bake or broil them. I also liked the serving suggestions - very pretty and it made me hungry!
