Savory Broccoli Cheddar Bake |

Ingredients
|
* 4 cups broccoli, cut up pieces and tops
* 1 1/2 cups croutons
* 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
* 2 eggs, lightly beaten
* 1/4 cup butter, melted
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Toss broccoli together with croutons and cheese in a big bowl.
4. Put mixture in baking dish.
5. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour evenly over broccoli mixture.
6. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and nicely browned.

We make a lot of broccoli and cheese dishes in our house because it's one way to get kids to eat their broccoli - cover it in cheese!
This is fancy enough for a Holiday meal side dish, especially since it's taken a step above the regular broccoli and cheese dish with the addition of Worcestershire sauce.
For a little extra crunch, you can add a little more crumbled croutons to the top about 5 minutes before the dish is done baking.
