1. Beat eggs with milk and garlic salt in medium bowl.
2. Melt butter over medium heat in large skillet. Add ham and vegetables. Cook, stirring frequently, 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are a little tender.
3. Pour eggs over ham and vegetables. Cook until eggs are only a little bit moist, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove skillet from heat and top eggs with cheese.
5. Cover about a minute or two, until cheese is melted.
