Shrimp and Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

* 2 small refrigerated pizza crusts
* 8 thin slices mozzarella
* 10 shrimp peeled and de veined and cut lengthwise in half
* 1 tbsp tomato paste
* 12 small black olives
* 1 garlic clove, finely slices
* 1 pickled jalapeno chili, finely chopped
* 1/4 small red onion, finely sliced
* 1/2 small red bed pepper, finely sliced
* 2 tbsp fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
* 1 tsp of olive oil
* 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped small

Directions

1. Place the pizza crusts on a large baking sheet and preset the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spread the tomato paste over both crusts and place the cheese slices over the top.
3. Evenly spread the remaining ingredients over the pizzas and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
4. Drizzle the oil over both pizzas.
5. Bake 10 minutes or until the shrimp are tender and sprinkle with the basil before cutting.

Story

When you make two smaller pizzas like this, you can arrange the toppings sort of 'to order.' If someone in the family is crazy for black olives and somebody not-so-much, just put more on one pizza and less, or none, on the other. We've settled many pizza arguments this way! Enjoy1
