Silky Cherry Pineapple Fruit Dip


*2 C of cherries, pitted
*7 oz silken tofu, drained
*1 tbsp honey
*1/4 C crushed pineapple


1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
3. Stir the dip well before serving. Serve with assorted fruit.


The surprise in this dish is the tofu. It adds a silky texture without adding a bunch of fat and calories. Cherries and pineapple naturally go together. This fruit dip will be the hit of your next get together. Be prepared with printed recipes... that is, if you are going to share!
