Ingredients

* 1 chicken, cut up
* flour, mixed with salt and pepper
* canned milk
|
Directions
|
1. Soak chicken pieces in canned milk
2. dip chicken in flour, coating evenly
3. Fry chicken until golden brown.
4. Pour canned milk over chicken. Turn heat down to simmer. Stir frequently to prevent milk from burning to bottom of pan. When milk has reduced to a thick gravy-like composition, remove from pan and enjoy.

This recipe is wonderful in its simplicity. And the canned milk gives provides a unique, sweet taste that everyone in our family can\'t get enough of. Don\'t over-complicate with a lot of exotic spices. It doesn\'t need it.
