Sink Your Teeth in Pudding Pie |
Ingredients

* 1 (4 serving) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
* 1 1/2 C. nonfat dry milk powder, divided
* 2 1/2 C. water, divided
* 1 (6 oz.) chocolate pie crust
* 1 (4 serving) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
* 1/2 C. whipped topping
* 2 TBSP chopped pecans
* 1 TBSP mini-chocolate chips

Directions

1. Place the butterscotch pudding mix, 2/3 C milk powder and 1 1/2 C water into a large mixing bowl.
2. Using a wire whisk mix ingredients together until blended well.
3. Pour the pudding into the pie crust.
4. In a separate bowl whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, 2/3 C milk powder and 1 1/2 C water until blended well.
5. Pour this over the top of the butterscotch in the pie crust.
6. Cover and place in the refrigerator 30 minutes or until set.
7. Spread the whip topping over the top of the pie.
8. Toss the pecans and chocolate chips together in a small bowl.
9. Sprinkle over the top.
10. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
