Skillet Chicken


* 2 TBSP. Oil
* 1 package of Onion Soup Mix
* 2 1/2 to 3 pounds of Cut chicken
* 1 can of whole tomatoes, drained and chopped (Keep the liquid)
* 1/2 cup of water


In a large skillet, heat your oil.

Brown your chicken and drain the oil.

Add the tomatoes and the onion soup mix. Blend with the 1/2 cup of water and pour in your tomoato liquid.

Simmer covered, stirring occassionally.

Add more water if you need to.

Cook for 45 minutes.

This recipe serves 4. A great way to make Chicken.
