Smoked Fish Spread |
Ingredients

* 1/2 lb. smoked fish, finely flaked
* 1 (16 oz.)carton sour cream
* 1 & 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
* 3 tablespoons lemon juice
* dash hot sauce to taste
* salt to taste
* 1 large sweet onion, finely chopped

Directions
|
1. Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until just blended.
2. Spoon into serving bowl, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
3. Serve with your favorite crackers.

Story
|
For as long as I can remember, we have received gifts of smoked fish every year around Christmas time. If you don't want to just serve it as is on crackers, this is a good way to make it a little more festive.
